Journalism Workshop Stories

During my senior year at Marist College, the last class journalism students were required to complete was Journalism Workshop. In this course students were split into different beats with one team editor. Each story had to consist over 1,000 words and could not be affiliated with the Marist community. This course allowed students to get a professional sense of the journalism realm and pushed us to become more engaged with the community around us.
